How to Make AWG Gluten Free Croutons

Hanna Lane Hanna Lane

We LOVE making croutons from our bread but we can't decide our favorite flavor! What are you in the mood for... Everyday, Rosemary, or Everything? No more boring salads or soups. These even make a delicious snack!

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. Cut bread into small cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, evenly drizzle olive, coconut, or avocado oil over the bread cubes.
  4. Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice. Ideas: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, pepper. Toss gently until well-combined.
  5. Spread the bread cubes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake until golden, turning once halfway through cooking in order to brown all sides of the croutons. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the cubes, so watch to be sure that they do not burn, generally take between 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
