After being gluten-free and grain-free for over 10 years, I have tried my fair share of grain free bread that didn’t live up to the hype. All of them touted that they were the perfect replacement for “regular” bread, but each always ended up being a disappointment – too dry, too dense, indistinguishable from cardboard.
