How To Make Crackers & Whipped Feta Dip

Looking for a healthy snack that not only tastes amazing but is also good for you? We are so excited to share an easy recipe for making homemade crackers using AWG Everyday, Rosemary, or (AND) Everything Loaves. Store bought crackers tend to not be certified organic, contain preservatives, and use ingredients you CAN’T pronounce. Our little AWG gems check all the boxes and are perfect for traveling, appetizers, or a side with your meal. Be creative by making fun shapes or adding different spices! AWG Cracker Recipe

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.

  2. Slice the bread thin and then cut into 1" squares. 

  3. Arrange the squares in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Lightly spray both sides of the bread squares with avocado or olive oil spray.

  5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over them.

  6. Toast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

  7. Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet.

  8. Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy!

Whipped Feta Dip

We LOVE dips! This easy and delicious Whipped Feta Dip is sure to become a favorite not only for crackers but veggies and meats. How about spreading it on an Everyday Bunwich for the ultimate sandwich or burger? So whip it, whip it good!

Ingredients

  • 7 oz block of feta cheese

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1-2 tbsp honey

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • cup yogurt

  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Place the block of feta, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic cloves, and yogurt into a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides with a spatula a few times to ensure everything is well combined.

  3. Taste and add a pinch of salt if needed. Adjust other ingredients to your preference.

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with your homemade crackers!
