I bought the round loaves with the idea of having some varied sized slices!
We love the everyday bread. We use them with mashed avocados, smoked salmon and capers. My husband makes toad in the holes with them. Fried in a bit of bacon fat or ghee with gooey fried eggs!
As a snack we smear miyoko’s roadhouse cheddar for a dairy free snack! Or almond butter and honey for a sweet treat!
This past weekend, I gathered all the “butts” or “heels” of all the AWG breads and threw them into my paleo “cornbread” stuffing that I served with a roasted turkey. And it added great texture to it all!
And THEN!!! I made leftover turkey sandwiches with roasted turkey, garlic aioli, mustard, arugula and some stuffing between two slices of everyday bread. DE-LI-CIOUS!!!
