Hanna LOVES the fall, especially anything & everything PUMPKIN! She is so excited to share her favorite recipes like pumpkin pie smoothie, festive toast creations, and Pumpkin French Toast. Hope this blog “leaves” you feeling inspired!

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1/2 to 1 cup frozen organic cauliflower
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 heaping tbsp organic pumpkin puree (I like Trader Joe's)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein by Love Sweat Fitness 
  • 1 tbsp sprouted almond butter by Philosopher Foods
  • Pumpkin pie spice (a few dashes) by Frontier Co-op

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to a blender. Enjoy!

Perm Toast

Persimmon Toast

Ingredients

 PB toast

PB Apple Toast

Ingredients

  • Slice of CinnaSpice Bread or Loaf toasted
  • Organic peanut butter
  • Sautéed apples in coconut oil and cinnamon
  • Local honey for drizzling on top

Pumpkin French Toast

Pumpkin French Toast

Ingredients

  • 5 slices CinnaSpice Bread or Loaf
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. Cut 5 slices of AWG CinnaSpice Bread/Loaf, then cut those in half
  2. Let each slice soak in the mixture for about a minute
  3. Cook on medium-low heat in some coconut oil until golden on each side
  4. Serve with grain-free pumpkin cinnamon granola by Purely Elizabeth, banana coins, maple syrup, & pumpkin seeds!
