I have eaten gluten-free products off and on for years. I decided to try AWG Bakery’s bread because, frankly, I was curious to see if the bread lived up to its price.
It does! I always toast it before eating, and it holds a dense, soft texture that is perfect for sandwiches. Toast it longer, and it provides a crunch.
Bonus: It is also grain-free and certified organic.
Extra bonus: The staff is friendly and accommodating, and lovely to with.
It is far superior to other gluten-free breads I have I am incredibly grateful to have found AWG Bakery, because as someone with a newly diagnosed autoimmune disorder, gluten can adversely affect my condition, as it promotes inflammation. With AWG bread, I do not miss the delicious breads I regularly enjoyed.
