I just wanted to share some of my go-to breakfast creations. Being a mom and running AWG can get busy but I always make sure to start the day off with a nutritious and healthy meal. I hope these will give you some food-piration!


Green smoothie with protein powder, coconut milk, spinach, almond butter, chia seeds, cauliflower, and blueberries. I also like to make it into a smoothie bowl with berries and grain free granola on top!


AWG Everything Bread with smashed avocado and a hard boiled egg.


Coconut yogurt topped with berries, chia seeds, and almond butter.


Scrambled eggs with Everything But The Bagel seasoning and a slice of  Everyday Bread topped with raw butter.


These delicious creations can be enjoyed any time of day!
