Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
3 Tablespoons honey (we love local organic and even try a flavored honey)
1-2 Tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
½ teaspoon salt

Directions

Put all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Use a hand mixer to whip everything together until butter is combined.
Pop in the fridge for a bit or serve immediately.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
